Turbo trainer

Just moved into a new house, and we have a 'training room'. :)

I'm going to take an old Claud Butler road bike and use it for turbo trainiing; thing is, I've never used a turbo.

Any recommendations?

Depends on budget and how techie you want to be. I've got a Tacx Satori, very reliable, 0-10 resistance settings, built to last, the pro's use them to warm up, costs about £130.

I'd love to have something hooked up to the PC, but looks like you need to spen £500 to get a good setup.
