Using Keiser bike at the gym to build up fitness

Don't have a lot of time to bike but need to get my biking fitness up a bit.
Are there any plans online of workouts that might be suitable to do on the Keiser bikes in the gym.

I want to get a bit bike fitter and then I might attend some spln classes. Interested in riding 50-60 miles on road, no great pace 15mph is fine. Not interested in TT or racing.

Any plans welcome, just something to give me a bit of a training plan to follow

You can do just about any turbo session on a Keiser bike. I've been doing 2 x 20 min intervals and 45 min tempo sessions on the Keiser bike this winter with good results. Do a search on here for 2 x 20 or sweet spot training. As the Keiser bike can measure power output try to use that as a measure of intensity rather than heart rate or perceived effort.

No offence to Spinning classes but they will never harden off the legs as effectively as actual road miles.
They should with good work sharpen up your CV fitness tho'

Lucky that your fitness facility has M3s... some of us have to contend with 15 year old rustbucket Schwinns.
