Curious to know what you think. (I,m never quite sure about the night before)
Going on my weekly club run tomorrow, done a bit this week,
was thinking of getting on the turbo tonight for an hour.
Not sure if it would benefit or the opposite
Would you?
a. do an hour as usual
b. just do half an hour (and spin)
c. save legs for tomorrow

Depends on your fitness level - once you get beyond a certain point (weekly training volume), you can ride pretty hard every night on the turbo and still do a quality session the next day. ("The more you train, the more you can train")
How do your legs normally feel the day after a 1 hour turbo session?0 -
I can tell a little, and I know I,ll pull through,
but I just wondered if it takes a certain percantage away.
Or would you benefit.0 -

The main thing is that it isn't a big jump up from your previous efforts, that's where injury's can creep in. IMHO (and experience, but I'm old so don't count).0
