    Have been out below zero but don't ike going out when it's icy. Only 7 road rides this year - but 28 training sessions since 4th Jan so a lot of turbo and gym. 489km.

    Since June last year (when my daughter was born) i have been out.......once :cry:
    I will have to go out soon as i have the London 2 Brighton in June!!

    About 10 rides varying between 20 and 50 miles, something like that?

    If the roads aren't icey, then I'll head out. The temperature doesn't really bother me, that's why I have two lots of gear to keep me warm and cool.

    I've put in about 50 running miles as well. Sitting in the house drives me up the fooking wall!

    15 mtb rides of about 2.5 hours each to different parts of the 'tops' and back.

    Oh, and the daily commute of 3 miles x 37 :oops:
