Homemade Energy Drink - How much Powder?

I've got the maltodextrin and the fructose and I'm using a 2:1 ratio but I have just realised I have no idea what weight of my madeup powder I should add to a 500ml bottle.

Any ideas?

    I use 65g per bidon. That comes out at about 260cal. Basiclly go for 1g per kg body weight.
