Liverpool is not Birkenhead, my Nan was gutted when West Kirby became part of Merseyside and not part of Cheshire, now its back to Cheshire again. Its good that the potential homophobia has ended and we have gone for Northern inter-regional hatred instead. Can we get alfablue to question whether we like sheep, sisters or robbery?

In my Nan's heart it was always Cheshire, when I worked in Bebington the address used was Cheshire, is it personal preference for people on the Wirral to address themselves as Cheshire or Merseyside. We have similar issues arround Formby with people with using the Lancashire address at times.

they are the historical counties of course liverpool is/was part of lancashire geographically however the people culturally are quite different from the 'wools; who inhabit the lancashire hinterland

fomby/ west kirby and their surroundings was always considered where the rich liverpudlians ended up

    my brother lives in formby

no- they are wools as far as prescott
Prescott is in Arizona; Prescot formerly Lancashire but now, unfortunately, part of Merseyside. The first printed reference to Liverpool was in 1178 and said "Liverpool - a small fishing village 10 miles distant from Prescot." Prescotians are not, were not and never will be 'Scousers'.
You mention 'wools', I assume that you mean 'woolybacks'. At one time, most Scousers were 'woolybacks'.

Why is it so hard for women to find men that are sensitive, caring, and good-looking?

Because those men already have boyfriends.

I used to know someone form Prenton who always said he was from 'Chesire West'. I guess it does sound better than 'plastic scouser' to be fair.

common would indicate that lots of people would have gold bar tape ....... but so far im the only one ive seen using it, so you mean im a unique trend setter and how the hell can you say vulgar with gold prices at an all time high ? im going to send for the pre paid envelope and send my tape to "money for gold bar tape" once received it will be appraised at the gold bar tape refinery and as "money for gold bar tape " own the refinery it cuts out the middle man. who knows? maybe i could get enough money back to pay my council house rent arrears or maybe even a rear projection screen tv that i can place strategically in my lounge so passers by will be impressed .........................

    Again not gay.

    Tasteless.

And half heartedly tasteless, why haven't you got some gold shamals rocking that bad boy?

i,ll be getting some posh wheels come summertime, probably black ones , if im honest the gold tape is gonna go when i get the wheels, its my first road bike and i built it from scratch so im allowed a few newbie errors surely. since that pic was taken ive toned it down alot, the titanium post has been replaced by a carbon one the gold headset has been replaced with a black fsa model and the tyres are all black contis. when i get the wheels and new tape on it will look an lot more sober.

High cost has nothing to do with good taste. You can spend as much or as little as you like on bling and it'll still be cheap/vulgar/tasteless. But as it is a matter of taste and they're your bars then so what. They're not a badge of solidarity with homosexuals either.

As soon as you sctratch the surface of my veneer, I will let you know. Perhaps, if you sort out your spelling, grammar and general demeanour I might even insult you again, trot along now....hehehehe.
