I quite like them red, no point getting lovely ano red bars and sodomising them with a rattle-can paint job

Seriously though, I do like them. Are they the AM version? I was looking to maybe get a set in orange in the not too distance future but wondered how they'd look in the flesh.

Anyone reccomend a saddle that will compliment the bike?

The one you've got looks pretty good. Red White and Black matches the bike quite well. If it's comfy for you, I'd not be in a rush to change it.

However, if you're desperate to change. And for no reason other than the fact I love mine. I'd go for a charge spoon. Black one with red writing. Cheap, comfy, good looking.

Oh, and get some bar plugs before you apple core your ass. Red Hope Grip Doctors spring to mind.

i like the ano red, and even if you did used to be a pro sprayer, powdercoat or regular spray paint + clear coat still isn't going to last as long as anodising. pimp it out with red bits

haha fair enough, get some red chainring bolts, QR skewers and seat clamp, would look good

and i hear those bars are stupidly wide, you could probably get a set of XC bars out of what you chop off those ones!

They are, Im having the same trouble with my Holzfeller WCs... 710mm wide! :shock:

Best ones were my Spank Spikes 777mm!!!

710mm is nothing :P my ns districts on my mongoose are 710mm and it feels about right to me, i think the atlas FR bars are like 810mm or something silly
