When people buy stuff from me, I try to send stuff same or next day - if it takes anything longer than 3 days I apologise and I see that as more than enough time. You obviously don't.normal post, as you were whinging about the price of the rotor in the first place
I was never whining about the price. For others to see, Scott said £16 for the rotor and I only had £15 in Paypal so I said:
'£16 is fine, I only have £15 in Paypal atm so give me a day and i'll have the quid
'
And he replied:

If you didn't want to sell the rotor at £15 why did you say it's fine in the first place?
I sent you some emails here on Bikeradar after not recieving it for a while, you never replied. Obviously that got me worried, so I waited another week and then opened a Paypal dispute, simply to see if that got any response.Your impatience has infuriated me and i shall not deal with you again

well thats been sent too (normal post, as you were whinging about the price of the rotor in the first place) so didnt sent it next day recorded, as i didnt see the point in spending £5 to send a £15 item, thats worth £50 new, as you were penny-pinching. You've whinged and moaned on paypal and as Im now away from home and dont have the postal reciept to photocopy and send to you, I've just refunded you as its not worth my time digging it out when i get home.
Good luck in getting a brand new 185 rotor elsewhere for £15posted, as theyre almost £50 new. If you get the rotor through AND the refund (which is already transferring from my bank account, into paypal), then dont worry about it, keep the rotor and the refund. I cant be bothered anymore. Scott given me good service. Been a bit slow once, but acceptable considering the price and he is not the lbs.
Bought kit on 3 seperate occasions and its all been quality.

Recently bought a groupset off Scott for a very fair price and found him to be a top bloke who was always happy to go out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I'd buy from him again without a second thought.
As for postage issues: it arrived within a week at no small expense and he provided me with a tracking number in the meantime, so there weren't any.0 -

Definitely would recommend him, bought forks and a stem off him recently and they turned up quickly, well packed, where as described and where cheap as chips!
He has got millions of bike bits, if your looking for anything just PM him as I'm sure he will have it 0 -

I have been checking my PMs for nearly two weeks - the first one I got back from you was yesterday, a day after I posted the comment above... in exasperation.
If you are doing this much business on here then you need to up your game in the customer service side of things.
