Amaranthe is a Swedish/Danish band that fuses melodic metal with pop melodies
device album best song vilify
Device is an industrial metal band started by David Draiman, frontman of the heavy metal group Disturbed0 -
Disturbed is awesome. But thing is with them is that they only have a handful of really really good songs from like 4-5 albums. And i find that many of their songs sound pretty similar.
The best song of Device is definitely Vilify. But i think Disturbed is alot better.0 -

Rediscovered one of the bands I grew up listening to on the way to school, courtesy of my parents.
Paul Simon - Graceland.
Wonderful musicianship, good strong vocals and beautiful, often melodic percussion dominated, melodies. "You Can Call Me Al" is a firm favourite.
I'm also listening to Tape Fives latest album, brilliant for any Electroswing fans out there, and I just finished listening to Iron Maiden, by - yup, you guessed it, Iron Maiden. Maiden are the band that got me into metal and I have yet to tire of them, 8 years later.0 -
Dont worry chaps, you'll grow out of Disturbed and A7X soon enough! Then you can graduate on to some proper metal!!
I've been listening to a lot of Mastodon recently, Hunter being the album of choice. That, along with Crack the Skye being my two favourite albums by them.
Also dabbling into a bit of Flyleaf, fantastic band - surprisingly rare too, not many established Christian Metal bands out there!0
