I have no choice, but to use an excercise bike in the gym at work.
My God, the seats are so wide and cushy....
I've trained for +/- 1 hour per night, for last three nights and I feel like I've been raped by a Silver Backed Gorilla :shock: :shock: :shock:
I'm dreading tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday, etc.... But, if I don't ride, I'll suffer later, I guess.
