Heart Rate Training Zones

I am sure this has been asked alot of times (i did use search but couldn't find anything), but could someone provide me with the % HR expressed in the following zones:
FTP
Sweet Spot
Endurance
Recovery
also expressed in terms of zones 1-5

Sweet spot is low end Level 3 (tempo) to high Level 4 (threshold)
FTP is not a zone or level - it's your max sustainable power for a 1-hour all out effort - but I guess you could equate that to top of Level 4 = threshold
The above levels are obviously for use when training with power data, but an equivalent heart rate is shown (where practical) - this relates to your average heart rate for a 1-hour all out effort (which Joe Friel refers to as "Lactate Threshold Heart Rate" in his Training Bible books).0 -
Or perhaps a bit easier to understand if related to max heart rate (assuming you know / can test for your true maximum rather than calculated from any age related formula):
