First cramp

Just a warning to others who may be tempted to push harder than your body is ready for in the early season.
I went out for a ride yesterday and had my first cramp :shock: , in fact I think it was my first cramp ever on the bike. I was working a bit harder than i have been lately and maybe the xmas drink has not cleared yet - i did have a couple the night before aswell :roll: .
