Getting better for the summer

Ok,
This may be very ambiguous, but I am looking for an ambiguous answer.
Given 3 sessions a week, what would you start doing now to make yourself quicker by the summer. My goals are 10m TT's and 25m TT's.
I was thinking:
1 long ride - 50-60 miles atm, moving to longer as and when conditions suit
1 x turbo - 6 x 5 min intervals with HR reaching 85% (moving to 3 x 10 min then 2 x 20)
1 x turbo - 1 hour - 10 min warm up - 40 min at sweet spot (say around 70% MHR) - 10 min cool
How does that look?

Do you plan on riding your TTs at <85% HRmax then?More problems but still living....0

You do need some maximal sessions in thereNeil

I was under the impression FTP was 85% of my heart rate, and that was a good pace to train for 25m TT's
I would find it harder to go much above this figure on the turbo. I can hit around 90-95% on hills, but anything else and i find it hard to get up to this figure. Maybe the last mile or so of a TT.0 -
It is a good level to train at but you need to get some maximal efforts in there so you can go flat out without killing yourself. A club 10 you should be going at over 85%.Neil
