  • raving dubstep is what you need :x
  • Graham coxon, love travels at lightening speeds is pretty awsome! Depends what your into, i know its a bit cheesey, but i listen to some hardhouse sometimes when doing intervals, maximo park, the chillies, the doors, kings of leon, to many DJ's, maccabee, dirty pretty things, libertines, the clash, im bored now
Up hup hup hup.....fricking hate that!

Just finished an hour on the turbo with my new playlist. Beastie Boys - Sabotage worked really well for me! :D
  • If you want music to speed you up you can't beat a bit of Slayer. I'd recomend the Reign in Blood album for pure adrenaline filled music! You should be aiming to get your cadence to be the same speed as the double bass drumming  Though it's proably not to your liking so it will likely lead to you hating turbo sessions even more!

I ended up buying this album http://www.amazon.co.uk/Trance-Nation-Vol-Ferry-Corsten/dp/B00000K20T recently and although I am not a huge Trance fan the entire album is brilliant and very uplifting with high tempo ideally suited to Turbo Trance Training (TTT).

Would you rather have a bit of Joe Mcelderry...?!

Rage is a good one actually. I can't imagine being able to feel any pain when de la Rocha is screaming how he 'won't do what you tell him'

    I've just downloaded it.

Three cds of music. The new variety will hopefully see me through the turbo season...

For some up tempo, motivational tracks it's very good. The individual songs only last 2-3 minutes before merging onto the next track keeping it interesting.

It's got most of the old club classics with some newer ones. If your doing intervals I suppose the BPM could be higher but it's targeted for runners in that respect.

    Overall, highly recommended... :D
