Training Log

I am looking for a training log that I can use on my iPhone.
For the last couple of years I've been using a training diary (firstly the cycling then the Triathlete's) published by Velo (by Joe Friel).
I am looking for something along similar lines.
I want to log daily::
Weight & resting heart rate
Then workouts, including:
Type (road, mtb, run swim etc)
Distance
Time
Cals
Av cadence
Av & max speed
Av & max HR
Notes
Ideally as I am looking for a computer based system, I would like to get chart info, weekly, monthly & ongoing totals and other info.
There seem to be a few apps for the iPhone, but it is difficult to get a full description of what they do, without buying the app first. I would prefer to buy only one program!
Can anyone help?
