Very bargain indeed
Do I need it? Nope. Interested to have a play then flog it after a while I suppose.
Edit, bought one anyway, thanks solboy10
My thoughts exactly. Funny there is not much info in the net about this camera.0 -
Thought about it a couple of weeks ago when they were £75ish
Couldnt find anything on the web. Already have the CM1000. Its gotta be better than that I guess, with image stabilisation and higher resolution. Would be ideal if it had a little more dynamic range too.
I have now gone for it at this price! Thanks solboy for the heads up.0 -

Collour scheme looks grim to my eye, and it does have a comparitively long top tube, but irrespective, looks like a good buy for the money - good turbo bike base at the very least.Felt F70 05 (Turbo)

Probikekit are doing "power hour deals," of particular note is the Schwalbe One clincher OEM 700x25 for ~£22 and the PowerPod Powermeter V2 for ~£205 (4.2% Topcashback as no voucher being used).
Anyone got a Powerpod? I probably should have bought a 4iiii 105 power meter last week for ~£270, they seem to have gone altogether now, I think 4iiii are releasing a new product anytime.================

I've got a powerpod, it works well so far as I can tell but I have little basis for comparison in the absence of another power meter.
To be honest, if I were buying now I'd get a watteam powerbeat (and in the absence of another compatible chainset a 105 one to go with it)
Unfortunately, with a young son at home and the far majority of my miles being on the commute with little scope for structured training it's not had much proper use.
On the upside, even if you don't have time to train it will give you lots of additional interesting metrics on your ride - wind speed, accurate slope and elevation etc. Will be a killer product if you can link it up with a direct force power meter and get live aerodynamic numbers, not sure if they've actually come out with means to do that yet.0 -
Anyone had their Shimano camera dispatched from PBK?0

CM2000 reduced again in power hour. £53.99 with the 10% off code.
Shame - I tried to cancel my other order which is still processing but it wouldnt let me. Even though it says processing and says estimated despatch 4/12/17. As it would cost money to return it, I think I will just keep the original order but am a bit miffed I could have saved another £4.50...0 -
If (?) the code is BRAND10, it won't apply.
CW10 disnae work either.Felt F70 05 (Turbo)

I have another code for 10% off which does apply but you have to go through my account. I assumed BRAND10 would work too. I am tempted to order a second one but I still dont know if they are any good...0

The app isn't much better, connects via wifi to your handset but couldn't find the camera despite being in the middle of nowhere with no other wifi connections present. I bought a CM1000 for £70 and sold it for £80.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0 -
Does the Shimano CM2000 still only link up with sensors via ANT+, or does it also use Bluetooth?================

Popped into Halfords last night for some car stuff and as you do had a look at their cycling kit. Picked up a blue Ridge Jersey marked down to £4. When it rang in at £1 I thought it rude not to grab another couple. Hopefully I can slim down to fit into the large0

Adding another couple of questions from a CM1000-owner: does it loop record or do you still have to delete recordings via the app or by removing the SD card every time the memory card fills up? Does it support >32gb cards? The former issue means I stopped using mine for the commute, kept on filling up quickly and it was a faff to delete."Mummy Mummy, when will I grow up?"

Bluetooth® LE: Yes, although what this actually meets I dunno, the specs only mention ANT+ sensors.
Rollover: dunno
Memory: Now supports 128GB cards.

Always sad when LBS goes out of business.
But, despite being only a few miles down the road it wasn't a shop I'd use unless I was really stuck and others didn't have what I wanted. Attitude's in there weren't the best, very cliquey, have always felt I was putting them out whenever I had any questions.
The shop move probably hasn't helped either, although only mere yards it took them from the main road to being completely hidden round the corner.0
