I've been clipping my Crumpler bumbag to my handlebars for commuting purposes.

Am I in the handbag club?

Something wrong with the pictures on the aldi site and app. The bikes have the drive side on the left. Photos flipped? Crazy, why? What is the reason for flipping the image like that?

Sorry I'm being a bit pedantic about this.

Not quite fair - I had my first item of Aldi clothing go wrong after about 5 years recently - the tag on the zipper broke off. The zip still works though. I have had more Castelli stuff with bad stitching than ALDI... The cut and material of the ALDI stuff doesnt seem to be so good for me though.

If talking about track pumps then your comment about keeping receipts definately stands though - although mine is fine, I dont use it much and I have seen lots of people with them go wrong though.

Well, that's a letdown. Dont' like the jersey designs, and I wanted another pair of 3/4s which they don't seem to have in.

And the lack of nebula/comet is not a great surprise given they are normally in the autumn event, but me'h.

Pretty good if you are buying a bike though.

But, being Planet X all prices will have been raised 20% prior to code introduction.

I shot off to wiggle credit card in hand, only to discover that these £88 shorts are not bibs...

squeezed into my medium S7 bibs, look weird more like shorts with a strap than bibs, i guess only riding in them will tell how good/bad they are

I love mine, hence slight excitement at the thought of a pair for £88 - I got my only pair for I think £95 about a year ago and they are still as good as new. They are cut quite low at the front, but they are great when you're on the bike.

I think it was a deal on Friday. You can still get the shorts for £120 or so, then wiggle1 knocks a tenner off. But the shorts must have had an extra discount on Friday when ITBoff originally posted.

These ones I assume - I see them for £88 before any discount it would seem, doesn't say anything about it being my platinum discount, but they are 'only' £100 normally anyway so it claims.

    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/assos-tmille-s7-bib-shorts/

Seem to recall I have tried a similar styled Assos short before, and didn't get on with the cut at all, mostly due to my stomach - which is now reduced to some degree, but I still think it would make me look pregnant, I don't have a 6 pack going on, not even close.

I can pose like that all I like, but I'll still look like Peter Griffin in 70's wrestling gear. Great shorts though.

    That IS messed up.

Can you tone them somehow, and get a chin 6 pack to match?

I'm the opposite, round tum, 1 chin.
