Lovely bike, this is the one I'm looking to purchase, but hopefully I can find somewhere that will let me have one for a c2w voucher (maybe I could pay the extra £100 cash or come to some kind of deal).
I was thinking of then buying a full sus frame, maybe 6 months later, 2nd hand that would suit a 140mm fork in the future and swapping the parts from the crush over.
I might be asking too much in getting one of these for a £1000 voucher..0 -

Thanks everyone for the comments and opinions ! Oh and for cat with no tail, i used a Canon 40D with a 50mm 1.8! I didn't bother using any sort of strobes though this time, as i didn't have time, i may well do some more pics soon!0 -

Leisure Lakes are doing a special Cycle 2 Work version of the 2010 Orange Crush which is the same apart from the front fork which is a Recon 351 140mm.

Thanks, I've noticed that, but the fox forks are one of the main reasons this bike appeals to me. It just wouldn't be the same with recons on there.0

Well, i thought i'd give anyone who's interested a report from my first month or so with the bike! First off i should clearly point out that it is an AMAZING bike!
But anyway i am lucky enough to live a stones throw away from the Malvern hills, so i have been up on the hills most weekends for a ride, and have been round Cwmcarn, a few weeks ago! The bike has performed pretty much flawlessly, and i reckon it's been the best £1100 i have ever spent!
The bike just feels well balanced, confidence inspiring and great fun to ride. It is also feels very light and nimble, even though its not a really light bike, it still feels very responsive and taught.
Although i will mention that it really is worth playing around with the pressure in the forks, because at first the bike felt a bit crap to ride, but now i'v fiddled with the pressure in the forks, it's much better! I have found 65 psi is about right for a plush all mountain ride for me and i weigh about 11 stone, although i am considering trying 70 psi and seeing what it feels like!
If anyone has anymore questions, i will gladly answer them!!0 -
Its always nice to see an Orange Crush on here!
