Think they're about 60 calories per roll. Have you ever used them on sportives and if so, how many do you tend to eat per hour? I've been experimenting with different foods and quite like fig rolls but have never tried them on the bike. Have tended to use home made flapjacks, bananas and the odd Mule or cliff bar. Although tend to only use the bought stuff on sportives when I know what I'm getting per hour.
Doing a few more Sportives this year and fancy trying something different.0
