  • Techincal Lego wins. Hands down.
    Le Cannon [98 Cannondale M400] [FCN: 8]
The Mad Monkey [2013 Hoy 003] [FCN: 4]
  • Well, based on prolonged use:

    1. Lego, (any)
    2. Monopoly, (still got it, my kids now use it)
    3. Computer (1st one was an Acorn Atom 2k)

Wasn't interested in bikes then.

Lego for me - prefer the non technical stuff, I think the period when I had outgrown normal lego but hadn't outgrown lego altogether was very very brief.

Me neither, I had a second hand Raleigh RSW, if I could find a picture it would explain why I didnt have much interest in bikes.

    yup!
loved mine and it was virtually indestructible.

the year I got mine my best mate and his brother got 'normal' bikes - except their stupid parents bought them girls bikes. :D

man they took a lot of flak about that - but we didn't care overly cause we spent hours going places and getting up to no good. ;)

    as for best toy....tough one.

from childhood lego probably for sheer longevity.

but as an adult my fave toy has to be the PC.

Bikes and computers do not count, so I will leave them off. For me it has to be, in no particular order:

    1. Lego Technic 8860
    2. FischerTechnik
    3. Tomy Digital Derby

Lego technic was cack, I only had the skills to build walls (and once a wrestling ring) abd the technic stuff had holes in.

    1. Nintendo NES
    2 Goalie gloves and jersey
3 GT outpost - my first MTB the right size for me.
    Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame
    Voodoo Bizango - 2014 - Dead - Hit by a car
    Vitus Sentier VRS - 2017
  • Evel Knievel doll and bike with the red launcher with the handle on the side.
various bikes in the range to chose from but I think it would have to be the clasic harley or the jet cycle

Man could you jump some matchbox cars in you lounge with one of those!
Seem to remember the adverts for it seem pretty enticing at the time :)

Weird, I was thinking of matchbox cars but I decided no one would be old enough to know what I was on about!

Not strictly a toy but immense fun for kids: snow.

I'm afraid to say that leaves very little from my youth :( Does discovering masturbation count?
