doing a club training session on friday just gone and i clocked a 2:38 on a distance on 1500M

really pleased with myself :) i am getting better every week! it's awesome.
anyone else care to share their times with us? :) im sure someone is alot faster then me =p

    I did a 1:22 kilometer on the track. Not sure what you're talking about though. Turbo training?
