Good Training Software for Polar running/Garmin Edge cycling

Alright Guys,
Thought i'd try get something useful out of this forum, instead of laughing over silly posts,
i'm looking for softwear that I can download that I can upload from my Edge 705 and Polar HRM when i'm running, so I can accuratly track my progress, going Afghan shortly so I proberly going to concentrate on running till I set up the Musa Quhela Crit series, also planning sessions etc that doesn't always need the net, coz there aint a internet in Afghan. Ta.
