Planet X Pro Carbon0 -
what do you ride now?
what are your cycling goals?
how fit are you?
what do you weigh?
do you want to buy a bike with a frame geometry that fits your body shape?
etc etc etc
if your only criteria is thats its a 'sportive' bike (whatever that is supposed to mean) and that its costs around £ 1000 - you're probably wasting your money....the bicycle is the most efficient machine ever created: Converting calories into gas, a bicycle gets the equivalent of three thousand miles per gallon...0 -
Have you looked at the Sportive / Gran Fondo bikes on the Ribble website?
Carbon frame with geometry aimed at sportive riding rather than racing. I think you can build your own or buy off the peg starting at around £900.
I bought the sportive frame in September and have been really pleased with it.0 -
The biggest question should be 'am I comfy on that bike?' if not walk away.0

i just got a focus cayo from wiggle carbon and a triple under 1k0

forgot to say, as above make sure it's a triple, as some sportives have some VERY big hills and 100 miles in a VERY big hill is even BIGGER0
