Not true about Cipollini. Mario has modelled properly.

He's taken part at the big fashion show in Rome at the end of the city's "Fashion Week", together with famous models like Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Nina Moric and Valeria Mazza. While the girls were showing the latest creations by Ungaro, Biagotti, Minge, Missoni, Berardi, etc, Mario Cipollini modelled the latest creations by Cavalli.
Cipo has been there more than one year, each time modelling for the Cavalli fashion house, one year his Cavalli model-partner being Laetitia Casta.


I think this photo is from 2003, when part of Cavalli's collection for women had motorbike girls as a theme.

The show always has a few 'celebrities' modelling for the day, like populat Italian singers or famous ballet stars.
Another 'sportsman' who modelled at one of the shows was the famous, bald, football referee Pierluigi Collina, who modelled for Biagotti one year.
