I used the Extreme stuff in Southern France last Summer. It is very much designed for hot weather. For that purpose it is fantastic. For normal British use, I would recommend their standard drink, which also works well.

Your not wrong its bloody horrible stuff. Saying that though it bloody works.

Same with their recovery drink it tastes crap but it works better than the others I've tried.
