Looking to put together an all time best playlist to use whilst mulling away the hours on the trainer over the next few months.
Open to suggestions so dont be shy. What really gets you going on the trainer just when your ready to throw in the towel?????????

F1-11Love Missile. Brilliant.
I had forgotten all about this song. There is obviously more than one person on this Forum with bad taste.
There will be loads of youngsters scartching their heads wondering what this song is.0 -

An album that was recommended to me by Captain Fagor is called Black by Metallica.
I have to admit that although I am not a heavy metal fan it is ideal listening whilst inflicting big efforts on your limbs and lungs.0 -
I have 4 Turbo playlists that I rotate, they're all too long for one session but shuffling them keeps up the variety!

Daft PUnk
and one playlist that is simply everything Mogwai have ever recorded."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

High-energy electronic music is really doing it for me at the moment.
Trance, Old Drum n Bass, Techno, etc... There's far too many to mention here, although i'd recommend you have some chilled-out stuff you can put on during the "recovery" periods, so that when you play something motivational during the hard efforts, the effect is increased. I tried playing loads of "go fast" tunes, but they did my head in after a bit, especially when I was trying to take it easy for 5 minutes.
I was on the rollers yesterday watching the Amstel Gold race, which - dare I say it - made the workout FUN.
I'd sprint at every breakaway, go hard on the hills, coast round the corners (almost actually leaned over at times ) and even look over my shoulder for no apparent reason, when the breakaway started to get caught. :? With the help of this (and my 2 new fans), I ended up doing 2 hours HARD, whereas, I could only do 20 minutes max before dying of boredom the day before.0 -

The recent prodigy album doesnt seem to work for me as much as the old stuff for some reason (on the turbo).
some old punk stuff could become classic turbo tracks but a whole session of punk would do my fruit in.0 -

It is simply not possible to complete a 5-minute V02max interval without a Rage Against the Machine soundtrack!
Get yerselves onto Amazon and download it for 29p and make it xmas no1 as well!
F**k you I won't do what you tell me!
