with the seat. if your current seat is too hard then read the reviews as they usually state if it hard or soft or has alot of padding. if you got to a shop you can fell the saddleand they might even price match the prices of it that you found on the internet

BTW i want to see more pics  :lol:

got more pics sitting on my camera, i'll upload them later on :)
  • Best to get the headset fitted propperly. On a bike like that you don't want to mess it up. I would definatly get the BB faced. I worked in a bike shop who's head mechanic faced BB, headset and dropout. Worth the time and money to make sure it is all perfect.

Also, why the FSA headset not Chris King? And why not Pikes?

FCN 3 or 4 on road depending on clothing
FCN 8 off road because I'm too old to go racing around.

    Will do, cheers.

King was too expensive, didnt really see the benefit in spending all that extra money on one.
Pikes arent doing 2010 air's they have stopped doing them as the revelations are air's and practically the same.
I love fox forks and came into some money so wanted to invest in some TALAS 36's :)

Front mech arrived today so i'll fit that and setup the mechs.
Need to figure out what seat to get and I'm going to bleed the front break as it is too spongy.

    that looks awesome

are you sure you fitted the rear mech correctly? it doesn't look right. check the manual.

headset:that could be due to the preload bolt being tightend too hard. loosen it abit and see what it's like

Rear mech wasnt fitted properly in that picture, it is fitted properly now :)

I'm not gonna touch the headset/preload bolt. I'm gonna take it back to the boy that did it for me and ask him  :?
  • I have an early cove stiffee with slx crankset and cassette, i use a KMC X9 Light Chain Ti & Gold 9 Speed chain, these are £30 from crc and it runs really smooth, don't forget to get the matching links they are dead easy to put on and take off by hand. Altogether a raelly light drivetrain setup.

Lovely bike. Can't wait to get mine! It'll be a 19.5 violet frame with full SLX stuff and a Revelation Team fork. I'll be sure to post pics when I get it!

I'm 6'3" with a 34" inside leg and I've got loads of standover room. I think the handjob has less than the stiffee though.
