Breakthrough training method.

I was thinking of ways to boost my training and motivation to help me through these dark winter months. My first ideas were some form of interval training, or group turbo sessions. It then hit me that a female cyclist with removable velcro chest patch could have a 1 min head starts on climbs. Removing said patch would then force an attack (cycling) from the training group.

I feel it would give great motivation to catch up and overtake. Has any one else had any success with this? Any ideas on improving this are welcome.

Kieran.

Chasing cars who have almost killed, maimed, or abused you works as a reasonable carrot for interval training.
Note: the above post is an opinion and not fact. It might be a lie.
