Quick one, Rich Park open after 4pm for cyclists?

Sorry to bother, but my route home tonight at circa 5pm includes a lap of the park, but the website says it closes at 4pm. Is that just for cars? Will I make it in at Rich and out at Roehampton after a lap?

Or will I be locked in and shot?

    Not sure about the timings, but believe the punishment involves some sort of violation by the deer rather than being shot.

    You can normally access the park via one of the pedestrian gates when the road gates are closed. However, at the moment I think they are doing the annual deer cull so the park is closed to all overnight for 6 weeks or so.

    I believe the current regime is that all gates are shut 2000-0730; you may care to call the RP office - number is to be found on the Royal Parks website.
