Hiya,
Just to let anyone who is interested know I have released a couple of Windows training tools. Thet might be useful for you they might not.
The first is a Turbo training aid that plots Heart Rate Vs Time on a graph, a bit like Tacx Catalyst but much simpler. You can setup workouts, say 2x20mins, at a certain HR and then painfully watch the red line move across the graph as the time ticks down trying to keep your HR as close to your target as possible. It requires a Polar HRMI board from SparkFun electronics so it is probably a bit inacessable to those who aren't of a techie background or willing to fork out the $60

The second decodes the Polar SonicLink data transfer protocol for a Polar CS200 using your PC microphone and saves it in an XML format. It is also capable of compiling a ride list for submission to Cyclogs.org.

Hopefully some of you might want to help in adding other Polar HRM? Or helping to improve theses apps.
