Apart from the Special Ops bit I'm very disappointed by MW2. Graphics (PC and maxed out)) don't seem any different (or better) from CoD4:MW and the single player storyline - so far - seems to be heavily derived from one of the worst RTS games I've ever played; World in Conflict.

Haven't given the Multiplayer game a proper go yet but this may be its saving grace. I thoroughly enjoyed - and continue to - the multiplayer aspects of CoD4:MW and CoD: World at War. I had one go onTeam Deathmatch and ended up on a server with a bunch of virgins. Game had been out less than 40 hours and some of them were ranked Level 32.

    Skool Daze even.

Not sure what Rapha coat you can get for 50 quid? Maybe a vest..

Yet to play MW2, though I have a copy bought on a whim, even though I played through MW1 SP then got instantly fed up with MP when I realised I didn't have enough time to devote to being any good at it. Still for 26 quid its not bad value, that's like 2 trips to the pictures these days.

If you don't like gaming, what's the point on commenting on a thread about it?

You must be really tired if you do nothing but cycling all day. Did you type that whilst on your bike?

This game reminds me of COD2, I'm sure COD4 never had the same sound effects in some places, it seems like COD2 that's in modern times instead, graphics suck too.

There has never been a better game than Jet Set Willy (don't think it was possible to complete it without Pokes though)...

I assume that's PC version? 128mb doesn't seem a lot for a game like this.

I assume he meant "memory" for save games. So the PS3 version I guess.

MM was good but JSW was perfection.

Used to spend hours writing out the programmes from magazines on my ZX81. 99% of them crashed with a syntax error on line 2, those that worked resulted in a dot going from one side of screen to the other  Even the games I bought took half an hour to load on tape and then crashed. I reckon I only ever played about 2 or 3 games on it! Based on that I think I'll take modern games over the 80's "classic" any day although I did love Kick Start and Choplifter on my mates Commodore 64 (posh git!).

    Epicly good game.

Not as good as the first MW. It's not cohesive (so far, for me), and feels like a series of setpieces rather than a cohesive experience.
