Does anyone have a training DVD they can recommend, I have one of Rick Kiddle's which is wearing a bit thin now (good but had it for 4 years now) Saris seem to do several which emulate a race etc but I can't find a UK source. Looking for something to alleviate the boredom and can't stretch to a tacx. Cheers.
