Spinervals WTF!

Tried one of these DVDs for the first time last night and lasted about 20 seconds before I had to stop it. It sounded like a self-help video and the guy talking was incredibly annoying!

These seem to be recommended so do people just watch them on mute while listening to music or what? :?
More problems but still living....

    Agreed!! I feel like I need to get my wife to come into the room so I can high 5 someone and yell "GO TEAM!!"

    There wasn't even any decent lycra clad women to look at! it was certainly no Aerobics Oz Style! :shock:

    Carmichael is much better.
