The Tor Cafe on the A6/Cromford junction. Must be the cheapest Bacon Butty/Coffee in the Peak! Nice cheerful couple who run it.0

Wendover Woods cafe, Buckinghamshire. Lovely covered seating to sit and drink tea and wolf down a baked spud after a muddy ride in the rain (sorry, I am an MTBer too).
Stockgrove Park cafe just outside Leighton Buzzard, nice place overlooking a countryside park. Welcomes all with open arms but have yet to try their food (they do fish and chips though...... so a good start)
Ashridge estate cafe, near Tring. Roadie and MTB friendly. Good coffee and lovely cake0 -

The Spiders Web, Albrighton/Cosford - just over the A449 from the Air Museum. Not been for a while so hope it's still open - Sunday's trade is 99% cyclists.Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0

Even though I have a load of cyclist cafes in the above link, my particular favourite is the Eureka Cyclists Cafe on The Wirral north of Chester.

I agree. "Fun With Dick & Jane" at the Lock Inn. The breakfasts are legendary. Also try the cafe at Chew Valley Lake, North Somerset for top grub or The Bird In Hand Pub at Saltford on the Bristol-Bath Cycle Path.Let's close our eyes and see what happens0 -
A lot of the cafes I would have suggested are in The South Lakes Group's cafe guide.
Three others that I'd mention are Country Kitchen in Waddington (Forest of Bowland), The Dalesman in Gargave and Coldwell Activity Centre above Nelson (NB closed for kitchen refurbishment Oct 19th-26th 2009).0 -
any in East Leicestershire/Rutland?0

I've just been to the Eureka for lunch today
And yes, the Priory at Scorton is also very good, I was impressed that I was able to lock my bike outside with the locks provided by the cafe. I used it as a stop off point on a recent ride from Wirral to Grasmere, it was exactly half-way!
However, I've never seen anyone lock a bike up outside the Eureka!0 -

The cafe in Elton, Derbyshire is a favourite of mine - think it's weekends only - was talk of it shutting down but last time I was in (which admittedly was a while ago) they said they were staying open.
Ambergate cafe - always a welcome stop relatively close to Derby or else as the half way point on the Saturday bash.
it's a hard life if you don't weaken.0 -
