The two I previously contributed on another thread are:
Abra Kebabra - Kebab Shop
The Vinyl Resting Place - Now closed record shop in my local area
As I'm rather bored at present I might go out on a reckie at lunch and report back on any interesting shop names I find in Woking town centre and before anyone comments, YES it is that boring down here, there's only so many times you can go round the 2 smallish shopping centres and find something new to look at :-D0 -

There used to be a fast food outlet in Leeds market called 'Ken's Tuck In Fried Chicken'. Not sure if it's still there or not.0
-
There's a kebab shop I pass called 'Nads'. Wouldn't ordinarily be that funny, apart from the fact that I first spotted it after reading a Daily Mash article commenting on the high proportion of testicle in the average doner. At least they're up front about it!
There's also a local car valeting business called 'Amber Valet', but you have to live in the Amber Valley to get that one!0 -
Knobs and Knockers in the metro centre selling brass door furniture.Just Keep Pedalling0

There used to be a tandoori place on Carlton Hill in Nottingham called Shamrat Tandoori. Made me want to open a rival establishment called Fakemous' Kebabs.Ceps, morelles, trompettes de mort. Breakfast of champignons.0

After having a trek past the all the big name stores on the main high street the best I could find at the moment was a coffee shop call Lickety Split. I was hoping it was a stamp collecting store as that would have made the name a bit more interesting :-)0

I used to go past this, but I changed my route.
Somewhere in Kennington on the way to Brixton is
Mogadishu Butchers (actually Mogadishu Halal Meat but still gives me a little chuckle)
Just the sort of quality meat you're looking for.
In Ealing where I used to live there was a bedding shop called
"Daniel's Bedding Centre"
which I thought sound a lot like Daniel Beddingfield, but now I look at it perhaps it's not that funny.
In Camberwell green there's also a salon called
Genesis
(The start of hair trends)
with the text in brackets underneath just in case you didn't know what it meant. I looked on google maps but I can't seem to see it. I'll have to check when I go past this evening.
There's also a record shop called
'Vinyl Resting Place'
just near my house (although that's closed down too!). That's got to be the best name ever.0 -
"Floors for Thought" near Luciano LBS (clapham junction).0

Prawnbrokers for me too

Cool link! Prawnbrokers is fairly local to me and I completely forgot about them :-)
There's even a book published of them:

I know this because I work in a bookshop btw, not because I collect books on the subject!0 -
There used to be a Chinese Takeaway in Oxford called "Wok This Way".
I came across a chip shop in Newquay called "Codpiece". Like most shops in Newquay, what they sold was horrible, I couldn't bring myself to eat it.
