Back on bike after chest infection

I've been ill this week with a cold / chest infection and was wondering how long to leave it before getting back on my bike?
I had a similar thing in February and tried cycling again very quickly but ended up with 2 rounds of antibiotics and almost a month with no cycling before it finally went.
My head is now better but I can feel that my chest is not quite right when going up stairs at work, should I try a ride this weekend?

I had a chesty to-do a month or so ago, and I would say give it another week and see how you feel.
If you can still feel issues with your chest at rest, how are you going to feel when you're excercising.
Listen to your body - sounds like you're not quite right yet.
