One level teaspoon of honey. I used to take sugar until I was camping once and we didn't have any. For some reason, though, we did have a jar of honey. "That's sweet - it'll do" thought I, and to my surprise it worked.kop van de wedstrijd0

Eight teaspoons full, but I don't stir it 'cos I don't like it sweet.
Seriously though, I don't have any sugar added to tea/coffee/cereals etc 'cos it just makes it taste of sugar, yuk.Tail end Charlie

Couldn't help but be reminded of a Fast Show classic;
Swiss Toni: “Making a cup of coffee is like making love to a beautiful woman. It’s got to be hot, you’ve got to take your time, you’ve got to stir gently but firmly, you’ve got to grind your beans until they squeak. And then you put in the milk."

NATO standard - milk and two!0

None for me unless I'm having a fancy coffee from Starbucks or the like in which case I have one sachet for some reason - the expensive coffee obviously doesn't taste as good lol0

Tea: strong enough to stand the spoon in it and watch it dissolve. No sugar.
Coffee: Double espresso so strong that it has to be served in a lead cup. No sugar.
Greasygrinder: I like my women how I like my tea: in a polystyrene cup.0 -
Coffee - Black - No Sugar or if it's Starbucks, Grande Skinny Latte with 2 extra shots, no sugar.
