I have a turbo but never used it, what sessions can i do to improve fitness/weight loss etc when I cant get out due to weather or work. (dont have a heart rate monitor)

Get a heart rate monitor. There are loads of training programmes in books and online. Having targets and a planned programme helps. The club I ride with do a weekly session through the winter which helps keep people motivated and less likely to climb off with a few people suffering alongside.Neil
