quietest turbo trainer to buy?

hi all,
unfortunately my bike is now hibernating for a while so please advise on a quiet, non expensive turbo trainer if there is such a thing?

or just a heads up on what type of thing to look for!

for my sins i live in a second floor flat with paper thin walls and creaky old floorboards!
