Thinking about it. Will book a place to reserve and hope to be able to get up there - bit of a trek from Essex, but I can probably find an excuse to work around there on Monday.

It'll be a good practise run out to get the legs working ready for France and at £10 thats a great price compared to the £25 I paid for my last sportive. Plus it'll be nice to have a run out somewhere diferent for a change. I'll be looking at about a 2hr drive to get their in the morning of the ride so you'll be fresher than me if you stop there overnight.


Hmmmm thinking about it I wonder if there is a campsite near to there I could take the tent 8)

you can pitch up at the shop if you want?
no facilities though, bit of grass by the car park u can use

there's a caravan park 10 mins ride away, they might take a tent

Has this sold out faster then last year? I suppose its a nice dilema to have (increasing the amount) Your event is obviously held in high regard you should be realy proud of yourself. I'm really looking forward to having a different sportive exerience.

PPrirnce if your able to. I signed up yesterday but never put a club name in. If you can can you put Ian Angus's club as L2P 2010 please.

I put the sportive on our forum and we're going to do it as our first ( and probably only) training run for a few of us to get together. Prior to doing the London 2 Paris later in the year.

150 places sold out by first week of Dec last year, so take up this year has been phenonomenal
