Spin bike vs Turbo trainer setup ?
Secondhand Spin bike on Ebay approx £75 with infinitely adjustable position like this one

Cheaper than a turbo and you don't have to worry about tyre wear, frame stress, etc ...
Am I missing something or are these spin bikes good enough for indoor winter training ?
Was looking for a cheapie to live on the turbo trainer in the shed but now think I may as well sell the turbo and get this. Cheaper, less space needed, etc ....
Thoughts ?
