    RucA,
Obviously this is going to court and the driver "should" be found guilty, you should be able to claim from CICA....Get in touch with them and see if you will be entitiled to compensation for injuries and damages . Make sure you have a full check up from the doctors to document your injuries.
Well done to my colleagues in blue too.

the link you provided is for a firm of solicitors and NOT the CICA
their url is www.cica.gov.uk but is useless here as MIB deal with uninsured drivers
(and yes, sadly, I used to work for CICA lol)

get better, sooner RucA and give MIB a shout

actually, if it was proved the vehicle was being used a a 'weapon' it would likely lie with CICA after all

apologies, haven't worked for CICA for a few years and the brain has turned to cheese

    Hi there

thank you again guys for the advice and the nice words

went hospital when been told that only got bruises nothing broken, good :D

not to go on the bike until pain free otherwise could get worst.

contact a few solicitors when been told that don't accept the case coz the driver hadn't no insuranse, been advised to claim throught MIB :(

lots of pain and bruises but still live
