i'd say try the charge spoon, first saddle i found that was very comfy for me. And relatively cheap too.

I'm a fan of a somewhat heavy, unracey saddle: the Selle An-Atomica Titanico. I'm in Edinburgh but the girlfriend lives in Knutsford so presumably not a million miles from you. If you'd like to arrange to borrow it (I have two now, so no problem) let me know. It'll be quite different from anything else you've tried I imagine!

  • i'm having a bit of saddle issue at the moment.
Want to replace the standard saddle that came with my 09 Defy 3.
Managed to narrow it down between the fizik rondine and selle italia C2 gelflow.
    Any pointers/experience of these 2?
    TIA

I use a spesh avatar on one of my bikes and find it really comfortable. What do people think of those Fizik saddles with Wingflex sides?

My bike came with a Fizik Arione which I hated....I know many rave about them.

I have a Prologo Nago Pas Gel which was recommended to me by Cyclefit when I was in having a fitting done. It's wider than the Fizik at the rear so your sit bones can actually sit on that area plus it has the "PAS" cutout. Think it's the better support for my sit bones which works well for me.
