Leytonstone CC?? or Waltham Forest generally?

Hi,
I am in serious need of joining a CC (combination of lethergy and cakes is making me fat! :oops: ) and I am about to move to Leytonstone/Waltham Forest.
I've been trying to find a road club somewhere around there, but cant find nowt. Any ideas? Anyone know of any clubs or regular riders out that way?

There is Lea Valley Cycling Club and I think that London Phoenix might be nearby as well (their Easter Classic ride starts in Fairlop)0
