Literally just starting out with these to accompany other training, anyone been doing them a while?

Struggling with no. 3 due to the mashed leg (top of rod in knee...)

Feel great after doing them!

    I just watched them all demonstrated on you tube...
    With the exception of no. 1, I feel that the rest would be much easier/ interesting done with female company... :wink:
    Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!

    Funny you should say that Hopper1, I saw the vids on youtube and went home and reminded the gf that she was talking about taking up some yoga :)
