We were discussing 'training' in the office.
One of my colleagues asks "so when you're cycling indoors on this turbo thingy...do you like....wear all the gear....like....helmet and glasses and stuff?"
:?
What do they think of me?

That reminds me of a comment from a colleague after a discussion about time trials and how I'd missed out on a win at some point or other. He came back over to me later and with a very sincere attitude said "I've been thinking about your racing and........... couldn't you just pedal harder?"

That reminds me when I boxed in my youth, the crowd would often shout useful advice like 'hit him!'. If only i had thought of that myself  .0 -

If I was inside on the turbo I'd probably wear cycling shorts because they are far more comfier than anything else, allthough if I was home alone I'd do it in the nude.0
