Is it time to see a Psychiatrist?

Should I be a seeing a psychiatrist about my cycling obsession?
The reason I ask is that I was at work today and decided to use my lunch break to cycle to the nearest 'test hill' (14% gradient) to beat my previous fastest time (which I did by 8 seconds), and it was raining just to add to the fun. When does training become an obsession? My current assumption is that it becomes an obsession when you feel compelled to train but don't enjoy it but as I still enjoy it I assume I am still sane

training is never fun if your doing it right... just kidding, but hard interval sessions are most certainly not fun at the time...0
