Powertap Data not showing in Download

I have a ride from Saturday which was nearly 3 hours yet when I try to download it in both WKO+ and Powertap's software it only shows 18 secs from Sunday.

All the data is displayed on the headunit. The headunit is for a SL+. Have not experienced any such problems in the past.

Any ideas how I can get the data off.

Have you tried it in training peaks?

Also, do you reset it after every ride? If not, the recording memory might be full.

No haven't tried training peaks so will give it a go as I normally just send it from WKO+ to trianing peaks. There was only that ride on it this morning when I went to clear it for my commute today but I left it alone hoping to find a solution to get the data off however I don't expect more than 6 hours on the unit by the end of the day so memory shouldn't be an issue.

No can do with the training peaks as I don't have a subscription service to it so can't use the download options though as it is built by the same company as WKO+ I doubt that would have worked anyway though definitely worth a try if had that option.

I will just have to estimate the TSS for it. Still showing on the unit this evening along with my commute in and home today. Very puzzling.

You can work out the TSS...
But you'd have to use average power rather than NP :(

To be honest I wasn't even thinking along the lines of even trying to work it out I was just going to take a TSS from a similar ride and use that. Shouldn't be too far wrong and unlikely to make a huge difference in the great scheme of things but annoying nonetheless.

    That's the best way.

Dunno what your problem is, that is strange. Is the unit connecting properly with the download cradle. Sometimes it may not be clicked in properly.

Yeah it downloaded both my commute in and home yesterday no problem. Just the Saturday ride which it just refuses to even aknowledge yet all the data is clearly showing on the unit itself. Yep very weird.
