Yes, all the post-tour crits are shows, not races, decided before the start. The organizers pay lots for the big names to come, and want them on the podium too, not some unknown crit-specialist.0 -

I don't know about all of them, but I thought it was generally accepted that most of them were fixed. I don't know for sure though, but that's the impression I got.0 -
