I've been using the Nutrition log in Training Peaks, but find it a bit...clumsy.

Can anyone recommend a good online site to track food/meals, including of course calories, carbs, proteins and fats, etc.

Thanks in advance

Livestrong.com has 'my daily plate' - free, exercise log and calculated calorie requirements but USA based. adds it all up, does teh math(s) little diagrams etc

you can also use fineli.fi - a finnish site that has an excellent english section where you can also make 'meals' easily - no exercise log though or calorie calculation as to need

Fitday is very good. Its got an online version but also a download so can run on PC which I find much more convenient.
